Steel Piers
Of the piers we offer, this all-steel pressed pier is the strongest and installs the fastest. The initial investment is higher, but we have found it to be the most cost-effective over time. Interlocking steel segments are pushed into the ground under the slab. Hydraulic jacks are used to lift the slab to the correct elevation and are replaced with concrete cylinders and steel shims.
Polyurethane foam is used to fill the void left between the slab and the soil.

Drilled Concrete Piers
This is our most recommended pier for foundations requiring stabilization with piers. Shafts are drilled 12’ deep or to refusal, filled with concrete, and reinforced with steel rebar. After curing, the structure is lifted to the correct elevation with hydraulic jacks which are replaced with concrete cylinders and shims. Polyurethane foam is used to fill the under-slab void.

Hybrid Pressed Pilings
A steel starter bottom and steel pier segments provide a solid base for concrete cylinders. The concrete cylinders are stacked on top of the steel segments using a transition piece and pressed into the ground under the slab.
Hydraulic jacks are used to lift the slab to the correct elevation and are replaced with a concrete cap, two more concrete cylinders, and steel shims. Stabilization with these piers is also best achieved in conjunction with polyurethane foam to supplement the lift.
