  "Polyjacking"

Polyurethane foam injections are a long-lasting structural repair solution that uses an environmentally safe polyurethane mixture to gently and safely lift concrete structures.

Unstable, eroded, or loose soil around infrastructure can result in settlement and damage to the structure. Once the bearing capacity of the soil has been increased with this process, the structure can be lifted, if necessary.

Sunken concrete slabs can be lifted back into place with our two-component polymer foam designed to work in wet or dry conditions. The expansion force of the concrete leveling foam coupled with the pressure of a specialized pump generate enough controlled force to lift virtually any structure back into position. Slab-leveling can be accomplished at a fraction of the cost and time required for replacement using our AP Lift series of resins. The Deep Lift process may be necessary if deeper soil issues are undermining the slab or structure.

Void Fill, Soil Stabilization, and Seawalls

When a slab is lifted with pier supports or when soil has eroded behind a seawall, a void is left between the slab and the remaining soil. Voids can be filled, soil consolidated, and water migration halted by permeating the soil with ultra-low viscosity polyurethane resins.

Void filling also helps prevent further soil erosion and supplements the lift of the pier supports.

Advantages of Polyurethane Concrete Lifting

Void Fill, Soil Stabilization, and Seawalls

  • If not shattered, no need to tear out and replace expensive concrete.
  • Surrounding landscape is left undisturbed.
  • Can be completed in 1-2 days in most cases.
  • Perfect for inefficient or poorly constructed concrete.
  • Quick and clean with minimal disruption.
  • Business operations can often continue without disruption.
  • Faster and cleaner than mudjacking methods.
